Description
The BCM RECCE-14 KMR-A is a complete AR-style centerfire carbine chambered for 223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO. It uses a semi-automatic direct-impingement action, accepts AR-15-pattern magazines, and has a listed 30+1 capacity. Made in the USA, this right-hand carbine is configured for personal protection and sporting use.
Its 14.50″ government-profile barrel, within the listed 14″ to 14.99″ barrel-length range, is made from independently certified Mil-Spec 11595E steel. The bore and chamber are chrome lined, while the barrel exterior wears a black manganese-phosphate finish. A 1:7 twist supports common 5.56 NATO projectile weights. The permanently attached BCM Mod 1 compensator brings the complete barrel assembly to 16.1″.
Forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers have a black hardcoat-anodized finish, with the metal finish classified in the Blued/Black group. The barrel extension and flat-top upper use matching M4 feed ramps. A free-floating aluminum KMR-A handguard provides seven KeyMod mounting surfaces plus an integral MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail at 12 o’clock. No sights are supplied, leaving the flat-top receiver and upper rail optic ready.
Black furniture includes a synthetic six-position adjustable stock and BCM Gunfighter Mod 3 grip. Controls include an ambidextrous safety lever, SAFE/SEMI receiver markings, and a PNT polished nickel-Teflon trigger. Overall length adjusts from 31.50″ to 34.50″. Listed unloaded weight is 6 lbs, placing the carbine in the listed 6 lbs to 6.99 lbs weight range.
The listed package includes one magazine, a cable lock, and a USGI manual. This rifle is offered in New condition.
