The Browning AB3 Micro Stalker is a compact bolt-action hunting rifle purpose-built for youth and smaller-framed shooters, chambered in the versatile and field-proven .243 Winchester caliber. Part of Browning’s time-tested AB3 family, the Micro Stalker scales the proven A-Bolt action into a compact platform with a shorter 13″ length of pull, giving smaller-statured hunters a rifle that fits properly right out of the box without aftermarket modifications.
At the core of this rifle is a 20″ matte blued sporter barrel with a 1:10″ twist rate and a precision target crown, paired to a drilled and tapped steel receiver that is ready for scope mounting. The matte blued finish on the barrel and receiver is matched to a fixed matte black composite synthetic stock with textured grip panels for positive control in the field. A top tang safety and standard trigger provide straightforward, reliable bolt-action operation. The overall length measures 39.38″ and the rifle tips the scales at 6.08 lbs, making it light and handy for all-day carry in the deer woods or on the range.
The AB3 Micro Stalker feeds from a detachable box magazine with a 5+1 capacity, and ships from the factory with a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad to help tame felt recoil for developing shooters.
