The Daniel Defense Micro Mount is a precision Picatinny rail mount purpose-built to securely attach Aimpoint Micro series optics, including the R-1 and H-1, to a flat-top upper receiver. Built around Daniel Defense’s Rock & Lock mounting system, it provides a repeatable mounting platform for one of the most popular red-dot footprints on the market.
CNC machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, the mount is finished in Military Specification Type III hard coat anodized black for long-term corrosion and wear resistance. The included lower 1/3 co-witness spacer raises the optic to the correct height so the shooter can simultaneously view the dot through the iron sights when needed. The low-profile, snag-free design keeps the optic tucked close to the bore for a natural cheek weld.
At just 1.24″ long x 0.8″ wide x 1.10″ tall, the Micro Mount adds minimal weight and bulk to the rifle while delivering a rock-solid mounting platform for competition, duty, hunting, or recreational shooting. Compatible with any standard Picatinny (1913) rail interface, it installs easily on flat-top upper receivers.
