Description
The Derya Firearms DY9 Island Complete Upper is an optics-ready slide and barrel assembly chambered in 9mm Luger. It is designed as an upgrade for Derya DY9 and Glock 19 Gen 4 frames.
The Island Barrel configuration uses a 3.86″ ported barrel with four top-mounted gas ports. This design shifts mass toward the barrel, while the lighter slide reduces slide movement. Together, these features are intended to reduce muzzle rise, improve recoil control, and support faster target reacquisition during range practice, competition, or defensive training.
The complete upper has a black Melonite/nitride finish and fixed fiber-optic sights. Its front sight remains stationary as part of the Island Barrel arrangement. The optics-ready slide has a Trijicon RMR-footprint cut with two 6-32 threaded mounting holes. No additional optic plates are included.
This new assembly includes the complete slide/upper and ported barrel, providing the principal components of the DY9 Island configuration in one package.
