Description
The Franklin Armory Praefector-M Milita is a right-handed, AR-10-style semi-automatic rifle configured for precision and target shooting. It uses a direct-impingement operating system, is chambered in 308 Win, and has a 20+1 capacity.
Its 20″ medium-contour barrel, within the 20″ to 20.99″ barrel-length range, is made from 4140 chrome-moly steel and treated with a black nitride finish. The barrel has a 1:10 twist and a threaded muzzle fitted with Franklin Armory’s Triumvir muzzle device.
The forged 7075-T6 aluminum receiver wears a black hardcoat anodized finish, categorized in the Blued/Black metal finish group. A 14″ Franklin Armory FST M-LOK handguard provides mounting space for compatible accessories. Internal components include a salt-bath-nitride bolt carrier and a Franklin Armory factory custom-tuned trigger.
The black synthetic Magpul PRS precision stock provides adjustable comb height and length of pull, sling-mounting provisions, and a bottom Picatinny rail for a monopod. The rifle also features a black polymer Ergo Ambidextrous Sure Grip, Magpul MBUS front and rear sights, and a thumb-operated bilateral manual safety selector.
This New rifle includes one Magpul PMAG 20 LR/SR Gen M3 magazine, a lockable case, comprehensive safety manual, and California-certified cable lock.
