The Gamo Wildcat Whisper is a .177 caliber break-barrel air rifle purpose-built for backyard plinking, small-game hunting, and introducing new shooters to airgunning. This single-shot pellet rifle uses Gamo’s Inert Gas Technology (IGT) gas piston in place of a conventional coiled steel mainspring to deliver smoother cocking, less vibration, and a longer service life, with advertised velocities up to 1300 fps with alloy pellets and up to 975 fps with Gamo PBA Platinum pellets.
The 19.10″ fluted polymer-jacketed rifled steel barrel breaks open for direct chamber loading and is wrapped with Gamo’s signature Whisper noise-dampening shroud to significantly reduce muzzle report. An integrated automatic cocking safety engages when the barrel is cocked to help prevent accidental firing. The black molded all-weather synthetic stock is built to handle temperature swings and moisture, and the rifle measures 44.50″ overall at a carry-friendly 5.64 lbs.
