The Henry H015410 Single Shot is a no-nonsense 410 Gauge break-action shotgun built around a blued steel frame, sized right for small-framed shooters, first-time shotgunners, and anyone who wants a lightweight single-shot for the field or the patterning board.
At the heart of this Single Shot is a 26-inch round blued steel barrel paired with a 3-inch chamber that accepts both 2-1/2″ and 3″ 410 Bore shells. The barrel is threaded for Rem Choke tubes and ships with a Full choke installed, making it easy to swap patterns for tight small-game work or looser upland coverage.
The break-open action is straightforward: pivot the rebounding hammer to the half-cock position, break the action open, load a round, close, and you’re ready. The rebounding hammer serves as the primary safety. When the gun is decocked or fired, the hammer automatically returns to a safe position away from the firing pin, eliminating the need for a manual cross-bolt safety and keeping the gun ready for the next shot.
Up front, a simple brass bead front sight sits on the barrel for quick target acquisition. The American walnut stock is a classic fixed pistol-grip style with a smooth finish in the Brown group, paired with a matching walnut forend and capped by a solid black rubber recoil pad.
