The Hi-Point 4595TSPI is a .45 ACP semi-automatic carbine built around a 17.5″ barrel and the included 9-round detachable magazine for a 9+1 total capacity. Part of Hi-Point’s 4595TS Carbine line, this 4595TSPI variant rolls out the factory Country Girl themed finish across both the steel receiver and the all-weather polymer furniture, giving it a personality that stands out at the range while staying unmistakably a budget-friendly .45 ACP long gun.
The semi-auto action feeds from the same single-stack 9-round magazine used across Hi-Point’s .45 ACP pistols and carbines. The steel receiver and barrel assembly pair with a Fixed All Weather Skeletonized polymer stock housing an internal recoil buffer for soft, manageable felt recoil. The carbine measures 32″ overall, weighs roughly 7 lbs, ships from the factory with no muzzle device installed, and is set up for right-handed shooters.
Sighting is handled by a fully adjustable post front paired with a peep rear, with multiple Weaver-style accessory rails machined into the receiver and stock for mounting optics, lights, or additional accessories. Controls are kept basic and intuitive: a standard trigger pull and a positive manual thumb safety. The package ships with a sling and swivels included, making it ready for personal protection and sport shooting right out of the box.
