The Hornady Primer Pocket Reamer is a steel replacement reamer head designed to remove the military primer-pocket crimp from GI brass and clear residual powder fouling, prepping small primer pockets for uniform, reliable primer seating.
This is the small reamer head only – multi-caliber in use and finished in silver for quick visual ID against the large-primer version – and it threads onto standard Hornady hand-held or motorized primer pocket reamer handles via its 8-32 thread. It quickly converts crimped military brass into reload-ready case mouths and smooths once-fired pockets for consistent ignition.
