The Magpul CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) Carbine Stock is a drop-in replacement buttstock for AR-15/M16/M4 carbines using mil-spec sized receiver extension tubes. Built from durable polymer in a Stealth Gray finish, the CTR is engineered for light, fast action with a streamlined A-frame profile that avoids snagging and shields the release latch to prevent accidental activation.
This Mil-Spec model mounts to a standard mil-spec carbine receiver extension tube (tube not included) and offers 6 positions of adjustment with a collapsible design that provides a length-of-pull range of 10.50″ to 13.80″. A removable 0.30″ rubber butt-pad cushions the shoulder for improved comfort and stability during extended shooting sessions, and the stock’s snag-free geometry keeps it out of the way during dynamic handling.
