Pro-Shot Cleaning Rods have a mirrorlike jeweled finish that is more dense and smooth due to an added steps in our rod manufacturing process. Our patent pending rod manufacturing process builds the coating into the rod itself, not adding it on top of the rod surface. Not only do we burnish/micro polish the rod, but also centerless grind and polish it to make our rods become like a jeweled finish. The hardened dense jeweled mirrorlike finish of our rods does not pick up and carry abrasive grit or dirt through the bore. This makes the Pro-Shot micro polished rod the best type of gun cleaning rod to use in the WORLD.
