The ProMag SMI33 is a standard replacement pistol magazine purpose-built for the Smith & Wesson SD40 chambered in .40 S&W. Designed as an affordable spare or training magazine, it brings ProMag’s reputation for reliable aftermarket pistol magazines to one of S&W’s most popular duty pistols.
The body is constructed from heat-treated steel with a durable black oxide (blued) finish for corrosion resistance and years of dependable service. An injection-molded polymer follower feeds rounds smoothly and reliably, while the 10-round capacity makes this restricted magazine ideal for use in capacity-limited jurisdictions or as a backup spare at the range. The SMI33 is engineered to fit the standard S&W SD40 and is not compatible with the VE variant of the SD platform.
