The Rise Armament AR-15 22 ARC Upper Receiver is an AR-15 compatible upper receiver configured for 22 ARC.
It features an aluminum construction and an 18″ stainless steel barrel with a 1:7 twist rate. The barrel has a Black Cerakote finish.
