Description
The Savage B Series FV-SR is a suppressor-ready bolt action rimfire rifle chambered in 22 WMR (22 Magnum), built around a 16.25″ threaded carbon steel barrel with a 1:16″ twist and a button-rifled bore suited to magnum rimfire ammunition.
Featuring Savage’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger and a tang safety, the B Series FV-SR pairs modern ergonomics with a fixed black synthetic stock and a matte black carbon steel receiver topped with an integrated Picatinny rail for effortless optics mounting. The rifle ships without iron sights, leaving the rail clear for a scope or red dot of the shooter’s choice.
The 10+1 capacity is fed through a detachable rotary magazine, and the threaded muzzle makes the FV-SR ready for a suppressor or muzzle accessory right out of the box. With an overall length of 34.75″ and a weight of 5.60 lbs, this right-hand rifle is well-balanced for varmint hunting, plinking, and small-game applications where the extra reach of 22 WMR is desired.
