The Savage B22 FVSS is a full-size bolt-action rimfire rifle chambered in .22 LR, built around a 21″ heavy button-rifled stainless steel barrel mated to a drilled and tapped stainless steel receiver. The stainless construction gives the action a clean silver/gray appearance with the corrosion resistance expected from a Savage B-Series platform.
Savage arms the B22 FVSS with the company’s user-adjustable AccuTrigger and a top tang safety. The rifle feeds from a 10-round detachable rotary magazine, delivering a 10+1 capacity. Factory iron sights are not included – the drilled and tapped receiver accepts the shooter’s preferred rimfire scope or optic.
The full-size B22 FVSS pairs its heavy barrel with a matte black fixed synthetic stock in a traditional right-hand configuration. With a 1:16″ twist, an overall length of 39″, and a weight of 6.20 lbs, this rifle offers a stable, full-size shooting platform that balances naturally on the bench or in the field.
