Description
The SilencerCo AC858 is a 3-port muzzle brake built for .338 caliber rifles and engineered around the ASR mounting system. The 3-port design redirects a portion of propellant gases to counter felt recoil and reduce muzzle climb, sharpening follow-up shot control on heavy magnum and precision platforms. Constructed from steel with a black finish and threaded 3/4×24, the AC858 carries the ruggedness demanded by big-bore use while staying compact at the muzzle.
Because the AC858 mates directly to any SilencerCo ASR mount, shooters can move between suppressed and unsuppressed fire with a simple one-hand-on, one-hand-off attachment – no tools needed and no shift in point of aim. This makes the brake an ideal host for a suppressor-ready .338 setup, giving shooters a clean, repeatable interface for fast transitions in the field or on the range.
