The Springfield Armory XD-M 4.5 Threaded Barrel is a drop-in, factory-fit replacement barrel for compatible 4.5″ Springfield XD-M and XD-M Elite pistols originally chambered in 9mm Luger. It provides a threaded muzzle for mounting a compatible suppressor or other muzzle device.
This hammer-forged barrel measures 5.28″ in actual length. The 4.5″ designation refers to the compatible pistol configuration rather than the barrel’s full physical length. Its muzzle has 1/2×28 threads, and the rifling uses a 1:10 twist rate.
A black Melonite finish provides corrosion resistance and lubricity. The kit includes one threaded barrel and a removable thread protector for covering the muzzle threads when no device is installed. Barrel weight is 4.04 oz.
This barrel must be used only with a compatible pistol originally chambered in 9mm Luger; it is not a caliber-conversion barrel. It does not fit the California-specific 9mm XD-M Elite model XDME9459BCA. This replacement barrel kit is offered in New condition.
