The Wilson Combat 29B Barrel Bushing is a precision pistolsmith-grade replacement bushing engineered specifically for the full-size 1911 Government in 5-inch configuration. Machined from carbon steel and finished in deep blued for long service life and a classic factory look on a built or restored Government slide.
The 29B is a Wilson Combat pistolsmith part built with considerably more material on both the O.D. and I.D. than a standard bushing, making it a preferred choice for fitting to smaller barrels or for special custom applications. Sized for the 1911 Government full-size profile, it measures .825″ in length with a .575″ I.D. and .703″ O.D., and is intended for fitting by a competent pistolsmith.
